Installation

The display is connected to the display terminal on the front of the solar charger. The screen terminal is behind the plastic
cover with the text: “display option”.
To install the SmartSolar Control screen do the following:
1. Remove the two screws of the plastic cover. Keep the screws, they are needed again when fixing the screen.
2. Then remove the plastic cover. The screen terminal is now exposed.
3. Remove the two plastic plugs on each side of the display connector.
4. Remove the paper backing from the double-sided tape on the back of the display.
5. Insert the screen into the connector and make sure it is fully seated.
6. Screw in the screen using the two screws that were used for the plastic cover
