Refund Policy.

In an effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from eshops.gr, we offer the possibility of returning all products, for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products based on the documents receipt, provided that they comply with the conditions below. Please note that: We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of the refund policy set out below.

You may also be required to pay the cost of shipping those goods back to you in the event of non-conformity. The following conditions must be met for the return of the products to eshops.gr: The return and exchange request must not exceed 10 working days from the date of delivery based on the receipt documents All returns and exchanges must be received in the original condition you received the product.

In the event of a mistake by our company, the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 5 working days. We will give you a full refund of the value of the order and the shipping costs, or we will replace the product with the correct one at our expense of returning the wrong one and sending the correct one. In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, returns are not accepted for custom made products.

Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. For your refund, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. Retail receipt is required for returns. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.

Before returning the product you must contact us. If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Please remember that we can proceed with the refund if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are in a suitable for sale condition. Returning a non-faulty product and refunding the customer, original shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. For the return of a non-wrong, non-damaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of refunding the money, the customer bears the shipping costs of the return.

The customer always has the responsibility of sending the product back to our offices, as as the recipient it is not possible for our company to search for your package in any postal/transportation.
