The shipping of the products throughout Greece is done by courier or through transport agencies, the shipping/return/exchange costs are borne by the Customer.

Product delivery - Sending documents

1. The products purchased by the Customer will be delivered to the address that the Customer states during registration as the delivery address. A copy of the sales invoice and shipping note will also be provided to the Customer. .

Delivery within the Greek Territory

2. Products are shipped with ELTA Courier.
Delivery may be delayed:
a) During periods of heavy commercial traffic
b) Due to adverse weather conditions
c) In case of force majeure
