Formerly the Whisper H80 wind turbine, the Whisper 200 wind turbine has been updated for 2013 with new features and additional flexibility for the renewable energy system. Now, any Whisper 200 can change its voltage, 12-48 V DC, in a few minutes in the field. The Whisper 200 is designed to operate at a low to medium speed of 8 mph, 3,6 m / s and above. The 200 provides 200+ kWh per month, 6,8 kWh per day, at an average wind of 12 mph. The Whisper 200 produces more noise than the corresponding 100, but produces almost twice as much power.

In addition to the patented lateral smooth action design, the Whisper 200 has a number of new features that make it an idea for any new or existing photovoltaic system.

The Whisper 200 is designed even for beginners. The Whisper can be installed in hours (the turbine head) without welding or cranes. Now the wind is as easy to use as photovoltaics.

Why a small wind? Solar and wind resources are often complementary. Generally when it is sunny it is calm and when it is cloudy it blows. Exclusively for the Whisper, the side angle regulator protects the turbine in strong winds by turning the alternator and blades out of the wind, reducing turbine exposure. Unlike other wind turbines that lose up to 80% of their output when inflated, Angle-Governor allows the Whisper to achieve maximum efficiency in any wind.
