The Victron smallBMS is a simple and low-cost alternative to the VE.Bus BMS V2 and can replace it in many applications.

The Victron smallBMS can replace the VE.Bus BMS V2 in many applications. However, it is not suitable for use with VE.Bus MultiPlus and Quattro converters/chargers: it does not have a VE.Bus interface. The smallBMS is intended for use with Victron Smart LiFePo4 batteries with circular M8 sockets.
The smallBMS has two outputs, similar to the VE.Bus BMS V2.
