The all-in-one solar energy solution
The EasySolar-II GX combines an MPPT solar charge controller, a converter / charger and a control distributor in one housing. The product is easy to install, with minimal wiring.
The Victron EasySolar-II GX incorporates the following components:
• A MultiPlus-II converter/charger
• A SmartSolar MPPT solar charge controller -Tr
• A GX device with a 2 x 16 character screen.
These elements are pre-assembled together into a single unit. This greatly simplifies most installations, saving time and money.
Screen and wifi
The display reads the parameters of the battery, converter and solar charge controller.
You can access the same settings with a smartphone or other Wi-Fi enabled device.
In addition, wifi can be used to configure the system and change settings.
Solar charge controller
The DC output of the SmartSolar MPPT is wired in parallel with the DC connection of the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger.
The MultiPlus-II on / off mechanism also controls the SmartSolar MPPT.
GX device
The built-in GX device includes:
• A BMS-Can interface. This can be used to connect to a compatible managed CAN-bus battery. Note that this is not a VE.Can compatible port.
• USB port
• Ethernet port
• VE.Direct port
The GX device controls the MultiPlus-II and the SmartSolar MPPT with VE.Bus and VE.Direct connection respectively.

Victron ECOMulti
This is a compact, single box solution which contains a 3kva inverter and 2.3kwh lithium Ion battery. This contains a 50A transfer relay and connects inline between your supply grid and your PV inverter + protected loads.
The main advantage of this is its simple installation and simple operation. However while compact and easy to install… there are no limits in its functionality.
Its main operation is to charge its internal battery from surplus power from the PV system during the day. At night, the ECOMulti disconnects from the grid and runs from battery. If the power requirements are too high, or the battery runs low, then it reconnects to the grid.

The Victron Phoenix 48/250 VE.Direct (MPN PIN482510200) is a small sinusoidal inverter with a constant output of 200W. Converts 48V DC to 230V AC with pure sine wave, suitable for supply even to sensitive electronic devices. Its level of performance is very high and thanks to the integrated Eco-Mode function one of the best in this category.
Through the VE.Direct communication port and optional equipment it is possible to connect the inverter to a computer or smartphone that allows the configuration of various system parameters, such as the switch on and off the voltage at low battery charge.
