Solaredge SE SE100K SETUP: Three-phase converter Solaredge SE SE100K SETUP 3 kW for PV systems.

The SolarEdge SE100K three-phase converter combines state-of-the-art digital control technology with efficient power conversion architecture to achieve superior solar collection and best-in-class reliability.

The expanded offer of SolarEdge three-phase converters with synergy technology up to 100 kW combines large capacity with ease of installation. The design of the inverter is based on small, light and easy to use main and secondary units. They are mounted on the wall for a minimal imprint, with the installation requiring only a crew of one or two people.

No crane or special tools are required to install the inverter, unlike alternative high-capacity inverters, which are heavy, bulky and difficult to install. Installing SolarEdge high-capacity inverters instead of using multiple lower-capacity inverters will further reduce installation times and costs.

Solaredge Power Optimizer

Solaredge solar inverters use DC power optimization technology. This means that the power is converted to AC before it is sent to your home or business. The Solaredge Power Optimizer performs two main functions: active power filter and passive voltage control. The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC power supplies, for example to one ground power source and one generator, or to two generators. The Quattro automatically connects to the active power source.

Two AC outputs
The main output operates as an uninterruptible power supply. The Quattro takes over the power supply of the connected loads in case of failure in the network or when the main power supply / generator is disconnected. This happens almost instantly (in less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic devices can continue to run without interruption. The second output is only active when the main AC power supply is available at one of the Quattro inputs. In this way, loads that should not be supplied by the battery in an emergency, such as e.g. a water heater, can be connected to this output.

This is a compact, single box solution which contains a 3kva inverter and 2.3kwh lithium Ion battery. This contains a 50A transfer relay and connects inline between your supply grid and your PV inverter + protected loads.

The main advantage of this is its simple installation and simple operation. However while compact and easy to install… there are no limits in its functionality.

Its main operation is to charge its internal battery from surplus power from the PV system during the day. At night, the ECOMulti disconnects from the grid and runs from battery. If the power requirements are too high, or the battery runs low, then it reconnects to the grid.
