Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/45 – MPPT 45A Photovoltaic Charge Controller: The Smartsolar mppt 150/45 from vitron Energy (mpn scc115045212), belongs to the latest generation of smart solar controllers from the Dutch premium manufacturer and processes 45a of solar power and can be flexibly operated with 12/24/36/48v batteries. . The SmartSolar 150/45 is also available as a version with MC4 plugs on the solar side of the charge controller instead of screw terminals. How does Victron's MPPT technology work?

MPPT stands for maximum power detection. It is an algorithm used to extract the maximum power from the solar panels (photovoltaic panels) and deliver it to the batteries.
