The Sunny Island family has grown: With the 2012 and 2224 Sunny Island converters, SMA has completed its line of converters for stand-alone networks in low power areas. These devices, in addition to having all the known properties of the "big brother" Sunny Island 5048, with their reduced weight and volume, the new members of the family are easy to operate and install. The high protection class IP54 and the removable control unit Sunny Remote Control (SRC-1), allow you to freely choose their place of installation. Thanks to the built-in data storage system and the ability to update the software via SD memory card, the Sunny Island converter offers the user additional ease of use and maintenance. Top technology and simple application: an unbeatable combination for stand-alone installations with power up to nine kilowatts.
