Two AC inputs with integrated transfer switch
Quattro 24/3000/70-50/50. The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC power sources, for example a ground power source and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro automatically connects to the active power source.
Two AC outputs
The main output works as an uninterruptible power supply. The Quattro takes over the power supply of the loads connected to it in case of network failure or when the main power supply / generator is disconnected. This happens almost instantaneously (in less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic devices can continue to function without interruption. The second output is only active when mains AC power is available at one of the Quattro's inputs. In this way, loads that should not be powered by the battery in an emergency, such as e.g. a water heater, can be connected to this outlet.
Almost unlimited power thanks to the parallel operation
Up to 6 Quattro can operate in parallel to achieve higher power efficiency. Six 48/10000/140 units, for example, can provide an output power of 54 kW / 60 kVA with a charging capacity of 840 Amps.
Possibility of three-phase supply
In addition to the parallel connection, three units of the same model can be combined to provide a three-phase supply. In case very high power is required, the ability to parallel up to 6 groups of three units, can give a combined inverter giant up to 162 kW / 180 kVA with a charging capacity greater than 2500 Amps.
PowerControl - Control the power supply
The Quattro is a very powerful battery charger. Therefore, it can draw a very large current from the generator or the side of the power supply (almost 16 A per 5 kVA at 230 VAC). The Quattro control panel can set the maximum current that the device can draw from the generator or mains. The Quattro after taking into account the loads on the AC side, will give the excess power to charge the batteries, thus preventing the overload of the generator or the electrical network to which it is connected.
PowerAssist - Ability to compensate for the generator or network
This feature is based on Power Control. Allows Quattro to powerfully support the alternative source to which it is connected when the latter is in a state of weakness. Because maximum power is usually only required for a limited time, if the Quattro detects a fault in the generator or mains power supply, it can instantly compensate for this lack of battery power. When the load is reduced, the excess energy will be used to recharge the battery.
Solar energy: AC even in case of mains failure
Quattro 24/3000/70-50/50. Quattro can be used off-grid for autonomy from the electricity grid, as well as on-grid to connect to it photovoltaic or alternative energy sources. Network loss detection software is also available.
System setup
- In standby mode and in case the settings need to be changed, this can be done in a few minutes with a DIP switch adjustment process.
Off-grid applications, network interaction and autonomy which include grid-coupled inverters and / or solar chargers MPPT, are regulated by the software "Assistants" (special software for specific applications).
- Devices with parallel inverters and three-phase supply are configured through VE.Bus Quick Configure software and VE.Bus System Configurator software.
On-site supervision and control operation
Available modes are: Battery Monitor, Quattro Control Panel, Ve.Net Blue Power Panel, Color Control Panel, smartphone or tablet (Bluetooth Smart), laptop or desktop (with USB or RS232 connection).
Remote monitoring and control operation
Available modes are: Victron Ethernet Remote, Victron Global Remote and Color Control Panel.
The data can be stored and displayed free of charge on the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website.
Remote management
When the device is connected via Ethernet, you can access and change the settings remotely on the systems with Color Control Panel.

Victron ECOMulti
This is a compact, single box solution which contains a 3kva inverter and 2.3kwh lithium Ion battery. This contains a 50A transfer relay and connects inline between your supply grid and your PV inverter + protected loads.
The main advantage of this is its simple installation and simple operation. However while compact and easy to install… there are no limits in its functionality.
Its main operation is to charge its internal battery from surplus power from the PV system during the day. At night, the ECOMulti disconnects from the grid and runs from battery. If the power requirements are too high, or the battery runs low, then it reconnects to the grid.
