Closed calcium batteries 145AH European type 145Ah 12V, 800A intended for limited use in autonomous photovoltaic systems while containing Calcium plates. They have two reinforced Calcium plates, very good quality at an extremely affordable price, and a satisfactory lifespan which varies depending on the use from 4-6 years. One year warranty is provided and the discharge rate should not exceed 35%.

The batteries are closed and do not require maintenance during installation and use. They have increased starting current ensuring operation under the most demanding conditions.

ADVANTAGES OF CLOSED TYPE BATTERIES 145AH START

The main advantages of closed type batteries are:
A. No maintenance is required during their use.

B. They ensure a long storage time, from 8 to 24 months due to low discharge depending on their technology.

C. With proper use during operation they do not produce gas emissions during electrolysis which results in the production of hazardous gases in the room.

Calcium technology. The technological innovation of the closed calcium type battery is that the lead plates have calcium coatings.
As a result, calcium coatings reduce the corrosion of lead during the discharge process.
So these technologies are more durable and last longer.

Advantages - disadvantages of closed type 145AH calcium battery
Advantage: Low purchase and acquisition costs.
Disadvantage: Moderate performance for current technological data, and moderate lifespan and limited use for standalone photovoltaic systems. Good for non-demanding cars. They are divided into open type (with caps) and closed type (without caps).
