ABB PVS-120-TL-SX2 FULL: Three-phase without transformer

The three-phase interconnector /network inverter PVS-100/120-TL is the solution of three-phase strings connected to ABB cloud for cost-effective decentralized photovoltaic systems for both terrestrial and large commercial applications. This platform, for ultra-high power string converters with rated power values ​​up to 120 kW, maximizes investment efficiency for decentralized ground applications and large top-floor applications. With six MPPTs, energy collection is optimized even in shady conditions.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent power with a high level of integration
The extremely high power unit up to 120 kW saves installation resources as fewer units are required. Due to its small size, further savings in logistics and maintenance are achieved. Thanks to the built-in DC / AC disconnection, 24 string connections, fuses and surge protection, no additional boxes are required.

Ease of installation
The possibility of horizontal and vertical installation creates flexibility for both ground and roof installations. The covers are equipped with hinges and locks that open quickly and reduce the risk of damage to the frame and internal components during commissioning and maintenance work.

Standard wireless access from any portable device makes inverter and setup configuration easier and faster. Improved user experience thanks to the built-in user interface (UI) allows access to advanced inverter configuration settings.

Mobile Installer, available for Android / iOS devices, further simplifies multi-converter installation.
The design supports copper and aluminum cables, even cross-section up to 185 mm2 to minimize energy losses.

Advanced cloud connectivity features
Standard wireless access from any portable device makes inverter and setup configuration easier and faster. Improved user experience thanks to the built-in user interface (UI) allows access to advanced inverter configuration settings. The Installer for Solar Inverters application for mobile devices and the configuration guide allow a quick installation of multiple converters, saving up to 70% commissioning time.

Modbus industry standard (RTU / TCP) / SUNSPEC protocol allows fast system integration. Two ethernet ports allow fast and secure communication for photovoltaic installations. ABB portfolio consolidation Keeping track of your assets is easy, as any converter can connect to ABB's cloud platform to ensure your assets and profitability in the long run.

Design flexibility and shade tolerance
The dual stage conversion topology and the six MPPTs guarantee maximum flexibility in designing the system on roofs or hilly terrain. With this technological choice the energy harvest is optimized even in shading conditions.
