OPzS - Solar permanent accumulators are TUBE low maintenance type, specially designed for

These batteries are used as energy storage in renewable energy systems

"low antimony" OPzS type batteries.

(Sb <3% is specified). This minimizes the maintenance of the batteries as well

implies low maintenance current and low water consumption, something particularly useful in standalone non-monitored

RES systems.

At the same time the very sturdy tubular plates ensure that, even in cases where autonomy is required

many days, the recovery of capacity with charging is complete.

The OPzS - Solar series meets the requirements of the specifications IEC 60896-11 and IEC 61427 for RES systems.

Positive plates
OPzS cells are made with tubular positive plates. The tubular
