  1. Photovoltaic Panels:

    • Batteries that store the generated energy for use when there is no sunshine. Lithium batteries are often preferred due to their longer life and high efficiency.

  4. Alternative Energy Source (Additional):
    • If the photovoltaic system is designed for absolute autonomy, may also include an alternative energy source such as a H/Z power generation pair.
  5. Inverters:
    • Inverters that convert the direct current (DC) produced by the photovoltaic panels into alternating current (AC) used in residential and commercial electrical systems.
  6. Cables and Connections:
    • Cables for the transfer of energy between the components of the system.

The installation of such a system also requires the calculation of the energy needs of the building or application, as well as the estimation of solar radiation in the installation area.
