Oh, yeah flexible photovoltaic panels are made with a layer of photovoltaic material on a "base", which is a substrate of high quality plastic. These elements are much thinner and much more flexible than a conventional monocrystalline or polycrystalline silicon PV panels.
The dimensions of the photovoltaic panel (143 x 54 x 0,3 cm) in combination with being flexible, is an ideal solution for small boats or caravans that have limited space.
