Return Policy

You have the right to return free of charge the products you bought from eshops.gr within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being unsealed or unopened, along with the legal documents that came with them. The return cost is borne by the customer.

In case of a defective product, the policy followed by eshops.gr is fully harmonized with L.2251 / 1994 no.3b par.1 ed. ιβ & ιγ as well as the no. 534 ff. Of the Civil Code.

There is no possibility of refunding money directly, only offsetting with another product or debiting the corresponding amount on the customer's card as a credit balance for future purchase.

You must inform us of your desire to return the products you purchased within the dates provided by law through a contact form.
