The Cyrix-Li-load 12/24V-120A battery combiner is an enhanced microprocessor controlled relay. It automatically connects batteries installed in parallel when one battery reaches the preset voltage (as an indication that the battery is charging) and disconnects them when the voltage falls below the swing voltage (as an indication that one or more batteries are discharging). The combiners batteries Cyrix are an excellent replacement for diode isolators. Their key feature is that they exhibit almost zero voltage drop, so the output voltage of alternators or battery chargers does not need to be increased.

The Cyrix-Li will disengage when its control input becomes free-floating. If battery voltage recovers after disconnection (which will happen when no other loads are connected to the battery), the BMS output will go high and the Cyrix will re-engage after 30 seconds. After 3 reconnection attempts, the Cyrix will remain unlocked until the battery voltage rises to more than 13V (26V or 52V respectively) for at least 30 seconds (which is a sign that the battery is recharging). Alternatively, BatteryProtect can be used (advantage: very low power consumption).
