Citizens' movements to meet their needs that can not be met in any other way are allowed only for the following reasons:

• Going to and from work for working hours.
• Go to a pharmacy or visit a doctor, if recommended after contact.
• Go to a functioning store of essential goods (supermarket, mini market), where it is not possible to send them.
• Go to the bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible.
• Move to help people in need.
• Going to a ceremony (eg funeral, wedding, baptism) under the conditions provided by law or going to divorced parents or parents who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with the provisions.
• Physical exercise outdoors or movement with a pet, individually or in pairs, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1,5 meters.

For commuting to and from work during business hours, the movement certificate is permanent (type A) and is provided, under the personal responsibility of the signatory, by the employer or, in the case of a legal entity, by its legal representative or, in the case of a self-employed or self-employed person, by the same.

For all other travel, the movement certificate concerns each individual movement and only that (type B), is signed by the interested party with his personal responsibility and contains the name, date of birth, home address and time of movement of the citizen, as well as the specific reason for the movement

Every time citizens travel, they must have their police ID or passport with them, as well as a completed movement certificate (printed or handwritten) or the confirmation SMS, in order to show it in case of a check.

How is the movement certificate form issued?

Fixed movement certificate (Type A)

For a permanent certificate of movement (Type A) to and from work, the following form is required:

• Employee Traffic Certificate (DOCX)

Individual movements (Type B)

For individual movements (type B), you have 3 options: SMS, printed and completed movement certificate form, or handwritten motion certificate.

1. Send SMS

You can send an SMS from your mobile phone to the number 13033 free of charge.

The SMS should be in the form:

2. Completion of Form

3. Handwritten Certificate

The handwritten certificate must have the following information:

1. First name - Last name
2. Address
3. Reason for movement that falls into the above permitted categories and destination address
4. Date, time, signature
