Winaico presents new 410 W solar module
Winaico's new PV modules are based on half-cut monocrystalline cells and a 10-bar design, with a power conversion efficiency of 21,0%.
Winaico Deutschland, the German unit of Taiwanese solar module manufacturer Win Win Precision Technology (Winaico), has introduced new 410 W solar modules for the European market, based on M10 wafers.
The units WST-MGX-E1 Gemini are based on half-cut monocrystalline cells and 10-busbar design, with a power conversion efficiency of 21,0%. Their dimensions are 1.722 mm x 1.134 mm x 30 mm and they weigh 21,6 kg.
"The new unit also meets the 2 square meter restriction of building authority approval in Germany," the manufacturer said.
It can operate with a system voltage of 1.500 V and comes with a 15-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty. The final output power is guaranteed not to be less than 85,28% of the rated output power, while the degradation in the first year should not exceed 2%.
"Our customers also have the option of taking out the 10-year, comprehensive insurance package for systems from 15 kW," the company said.
The manufacturer described the new product as "a unit that offers its customers more options in the competitive segment of commercial systems that are competitive in terms of price."
In May, Winaico introduced another 410 W unit – the panels WST-MGX-P1 Gemini. The product has a power conversion efficiency of 20,93% and is slightly larger and heavier than the new unit released this week.
