Polar Developments has unveiled its new portable solar array photovoltaic at the recent AUTOPIA event in Spain.
Spain's Polar Developments presented the new PolarGreen Container portable solar array at the recent AUTOPIA event in El Bosque del Santander, Spain.
Earlier this year, Polar Developments said it completed the first prototype of the PolarGreen Container. He said the charging pod will be equipped with a photovoltaic array ranging in size from 35 kWh to 84 kWh.
The new PolarGreen Container is available in two versions. The smaller version, presented at AUTOPIA, houses four rows of 34 solar panels. Once extended, the panels can provide up to 50 kWp.
However, the company stated that the more powerful version of the container can already be ordered upon request.
"The product is scalable, meaning multiple containers can be connected together," the company said.
Polar Developments presented other products at AUTOPIA, including a range of portable solar systems. All of the company's products in the PolarGreen range include storage batteries.
