Super fast maximum power monitoring
By constantly monitoring the voltage and current performance of your solar panels, MPPT (Maximum Point Monitoring Power) technology ensures that all available power is flushed out by your solar panels and collected for storage. This is most noticeable during cloudy skies and changing light intensities. Power collection will be improved by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers.
Extended battery life
Intelligent load output function prevents damage caused by "flat" running batteries. You can configure the voltage at which the Victron SmartSolar charge controller disconnects a load to prevent excessive drainage of the batteries.
With BatteryLife, the Victron Energy charge controller will try to recharge every day. If it can not - for example due to bad weather - increase the tendency to disconnect daily, until it is successful. This maintains health and extends battery life.
Monitoring and control via Bluetooth
You can remotely control and monitor the capabilities of the Victron SmartSolar MPPT charger with built-in Bluetooth. Just pair the device with your smartphone via VictronConnect.
If you connect your installation to the VRM gateway for free use, you have access to the MPPT charge controller, anytime, anywhere.
